Miguel the inspector was excellent, he answered all my questions and made me feel like I could trust everything he was telling me, no pressure at all. The technician who did the treatment was very knowledgeable and explained everything that I needed to know about termites, also, he was very friendly. Termites have to be very worried about my new friends if they were listening to our conversations.
We have been customers with Truly Nolen since 2016 when we moved to Naples. Danny and Lonny are our technicians and have taken such great care of our home. Whenever we have had an issue, it’s so easy to call them or request service from the website. Danny is amazing and our lawn went from being absolutely dead (brown and yellow ) when we bought the house, to completely green. Somehow he saved it and we have never had a problem since he has taken care of our lawn. Danny is very knowledgeable and hardworking. He is warm, friendly, truly cares about his clients, and I couldn’t imagine anyone else taking care of our service. Lonny (Lawrence) is also the best technician for inside our home, around our pool and exterior. Lonny always remembers my family and is so attentive and professional. Lonny’s special holiday cards are also such a treat to receive! He goes above and beyond for each service. Thank you Danny and Lonny for being so trustworthy, helpful, and always taking such good care of us! These technicians are the only reason we stay with Truly Nolen! I highly recommend requesting them both!
